A minimum of 15 pax per type of Bento Meal is required.
For bulk orders of 100 pax and above, please place your order at least 5–7 days in advance.
For orders of 500 pax and above, a minimum of 1 week lead time is required.
Orders below the minimum quantity may be subject to additional charges.
Rush orders may incur additional fees depending on kitchen availability and lead time.
Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance to secure your preferred schedule and menu.
Menu selections must be finalized 5 days before the event.
Final head count must be confirmed 5 days before the event.
Changes after confirmation will not be accommodated and will be considered rush orders, subject to additional fees.
Any increase in quantity is considered a rush order and is subject to availability and added cost.
Any reduction in head count after confirmation will not reduce the final balance.
Full payment is required to confirm orders, unless otherwise stated.
For orders ₱10,000 and above: 50% down payment to confirm booking.
Full payment at least 2 days before the event date.
No payment, no release of orders

7 days or more before the event
Down payment will be retained; no additional charges will be incurred.
If the client requests cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order and the event is at least 7 days away, a full refund may be granted, provided no ingredients have been purchased and no preparations have started.
Less than 7 days before the event
Full payment is required; no refunds will be issued.
On-the-spot changes are not guaranteed and may result in additional fees depending on availability and operational capacity.
Postponements
Requests must be made at least 5 days before the event and are subject to availability.
Late postponement requests will be reviewed case-by-case, but refunds are not guaranteed.
Cancellations by Us or Force Majeure
In the rare event we are unable to fulfill your order or if mutually canceled due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, emergency closures), a full or partial refund will be discussed and processed accordingly.
On-the-spot or last-minute changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
All orders are for client pickup
Courier booking is c/o the client (Grab / Lalamove / others)
Once orders are released to the courier:
Audric’s Home Kitchen is not liable for delays, damages, loss, or mishandling
We ensure all orders are securely packed
Photo/video documentation of the order and courier may be provided upon release
Delivery fees, if applicable, are shouldered by the client.
Courier Vehicle Guidelines
To ensure safe transport, please book the appropriate vehicle:
Motorcycle:
Up to 4 family trays
Up to 25 packed/bento meals
Sedan:
Bulk bake orders 20 items and above
6–15 family trays
16–100 packed/bento meals
Van:
16 trays and above
101 packed/bento meals and above
Refrigerated or frozen transport may be requested for deliveries 55 km and beyond, subject to availability.
Food is freshly prepared and assembled approximately 30 minutes before pickup
We do not guarantee food temperature due to travel time
Food should be consumed within 2–3 hours
If not consumed immediately:
Refrigerate promptly
Reheat using an oven when possible
Transfer to microwave-safe containers if using a microwave
Delayed pickup increases spoilage risk, especially for cream-based dishes.
Audric’s Home Kitchen is not liable for spoilage once food is released.
All food is freshly prepared and handled in accordance with food safety standards.
We are committed to delivering your orders in the agreed quantity, quality, and schedule.
Last-minute changes are not allowed.
On-the-spot requests may incur additional charges or may not be accommodated at all.
Once your final head count and menu are confirmed, they are considered locked.
